Express stock lines ship in 1–4 business days, with branded product landing Australia-wide within a week in most cases. Custom-decorated or overseas-sourced campaigns run 3–6 weeks depending on branding method, quantity and approvals. Every quote carries a firm delivery date — not “around two weeks” — so marketing, events and procurement teams can plan against a real calendar.

It depends on substrate and artwork. Across the note edit we run screen print, full-colour digital print, pad print, embroidery, laser engraving, deboss, foil stamp and dye sublimation. Our production team picks the method that gives your logo the cleanest finish for the product — and flags any colour or resolution risk before the quote is approved, not after the run is ruined.

Yes. Many note lines now come in recycled, renewable or certified-sustainable materials — rPET, organic cotton, bamboo, cork, FSC-certified paper, Fairtrade components. Supply-chain and material documentation is available on request for ESG-aligned procurement (government, universities, ASX-listed). Carbon-offset shipping is standard, not an upsell.

Every order. A digital proof showing your logo on the product, decoration position, Pantone calls and any substrate-specific notes goes to you for written approval before anything is decorated. For larger campaigns we can also dispatch a blank pre-production sample so your team can check feel and finish. Nothing goes to print until you sign off — full stop.

Yes. We assemble multi-item kits — event bags, onboarding welcome packs, VIP gift boxes — and split-ship nationally or internationally with per-recipient tracking and per-kit cost reconciliation. Notebooks, pens and stationery with story built in. Useful for conferences, regional activations and distributed teams.
