Custom Bamboo Products

Minimums start at 10 units on a number of boards, bottles and desk pieces, and most lines sit at 100. Pens and other small items are priced for larger runs, up to 500 on a few lines. The minimum is shown on each product page, and the unit price steps down as quantity rises.

Bamboo-trim pens start from $0.60 ex-GST at 250 units, and bamboo stylus and grip pens sit between $0.95 and $0.99 per unit. The range runs up to about $50 per unit for engraved boards, thermo bottles and desk sets. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Laser engraving is the default. The beam scorches the logo into the surface a shade darker than the surrounding grain, so it will not peel and no colour match is needed. Pens and keyrings can also take a one-colour pad print, and bamboo-fibre bags a screen print, where a solid brand colour matters.

Bamboo is a dense, hard grass fibre, which is why it is used for boards and utensils. Wipe boards and desk items clean and dry them rather than leaving them to soak, and hand wash bamboo lids on drink bottles. Cared for that way, the engraved mark lasts as long as the object.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. The clock starts the day you sign off the proof, not the day you enquire, so send artwork early. Tell us your deadline when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing the logo at actual size on the chosen item, with the engraving or print position marked and colour calls where a print applies. Because bamboo grain varies, the proof fixes position and scale rather than an exact grain match. Nothing goes into production until you sign it off.
