Custom Yoga Mats

Minimums run from 50 to 1000 units, typically 100. The full-colour microfibre mats start at 50, yoga towels at 100, and the value printed mat needs a run of 1000. The minimum is shown on every product page, and the unit price steps down as quantity rises.

The range runs $7.50 to $57 AUD per unit, ex-GST. Woven grip yoga socks open it at $7.50 at 500 units, sublimated yoga towels come in from $16.30 at 100, the value printed mat from $19.46 at 1000, and the full-colour microfibre mat from $28.20 at 50. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Mostly by sublimation. The microfibre face takes full-colour print edge to edge, so a logo, a pattern or a photograph can run across the whole mat rather than sit in one corner. Cork mats take a one-colour screen print, laser engraving or a full-colour digital print within a set area. Towels are dye-sublimated on one side.

They are one of the few items used on a schedule. A mat handed out at the start of a wellness program is unrolled for the lunchtime class, taken home and kept for years, so the logo is seen several mornings a week. Pair mats for the regulars with grip socks or towels for the wider group.

Standard production runs twenty-five to thirty business days after proof approval. Printed and cork mats are made to order rather than pulled from a shelf, and the timing varies by line, so tell us your deadline when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing your artwork at actual size on the chosen mat, towel or sock, with print position, colour calls and the printable area marked, and nothing is printed until you sign it off.
