Custom Beanies

Minimums run from 1 to 50 units. The Commodore embroidered knit beanie can be ordered from a single unit, which suits a small crew or a trial run, and most other knits start at 50. The minimum is shown on every product page, and the unit price steps down as quantity rises.

The Commodore embroidered knit beanie starts from $3.40 ex-GST per unit. A hi-vis safety beanie comes in from $4.65 and a brushed knit kids beanie from $5.45, with the microfleece toque and reflective recycled beanie toward the upper end of the $3.40 to $13 AUD per unit range. A one-off setup charge per artwork is quoted up front.

Embroidery. A knit has texture and stretch, so a stitched logo holds its shape where a print would crack or sink between the ribs. Flat embroidery on the cuff reads most clearly face-on, puff embroidery gives a raised mark for a bolder look, and an embroidered patch suits a heavier or slouch knit where direct stitching would pull.

Yes, and they are usually the piece a winter uniform is missing. Order one knit in one colour with the same embroidery position across the crew, and add the hi-vis or reflective beanie for anyone working roadside or on site at dawn. The Commodore knit can be reordered from a single unit as new staff join.

Standard production runs ten to fifteen business days after proof approval. Winter is the busy season for knits, so name the date you need them when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before you commit.

Every order. You receive a digital proof showing your logo at actual size on the chosen beanie, with the cuff or front position, thread colours and stitch count marked, and nothing is stitched until you sign off the proof.
