Branded Luncheon Napkins — Custom Printed Serviettes

The napkin arrives folded beside the glass, your mark resting quietly on the corner. A guest lifts it, registers the logo without quite meaning to, and the evening carries on. This is branding at its most domestic — the kind that doesn't announce itself, only accompanies.

Printed on two-ply stock at 300x300mm open, finished as a quarter fold or readifold to 150x150mm, or folded smaller to 150x75mm when the table calls for it. Up to four spot colours, with cocktail (240x240mm) and dinner (400x400mm) sizes available when the occasion shifts scale. Unbranded stock can be supplied from 2,000 pieces for venues running their own programs, dispatched within days.

Where they belong: long-table dinners, product launches with passed canapés, hotel bars during awards season, agency green rooms, catered briefings where the food matters as much as the deck. The napkin is the one piece of collateral a guest will actually touch — and then fold, and then take with them, sometimes home. Printing on these napkins:

Coverage refers to area of open serviette that is printed
1/4 coverage is print to one quarter only of open serviette which will show on one side only of quarterfold serviette
(cost is included for 1 col print at 1/4 coverage - extra colour add extra $200 per colour setup and $0.01 per unit)

1/2 coverage is print to half of open serviette, for example if a print is required either side of quarterfold serviette- Extra setup is $300 per colour print! Extra colour add extra $300 per colour setup and $0.01 per unit)

Full coverage print is print over all available print area of open serviette (extra setup of additional $350 applies per colour!) extra colour add extra $350 per colour setup and $0.01 per unit)
